My guess is that the next maneuver will be to tax the crap out of anything non-hybrid, and tack on additional federally-mandated fees with state inspections of our non-hybrid vehicles. Don't put it past him, folks. References :

That's pretty safe to say all cars aren't selling.
Petrol prices will go up again–which aren't Obama controlled. That's about as inevitable as death and taxes.
